yesterday i totally blew off homework and cooked all evening. broccoli cheese cornbread and broccoli quiche, both baked in muffin cups and the latter of which frozen. today was apple tarts, presently freezing. can't find any karo syrup yet, so berry tarts are on hold. muffins and/or scones soon, though, as i have milk to use up. damn i am so gonna fail this semester entirely.
i swear i'll get round to writing up this weekend's adventures sometime soon.

Muffin cups! Genius! Who would think to bake a quiche in muffin cups? Are they then crust-less?
